Ordering & Payment

To place an order:

  1. Browse our products and add items to your cart
  2. Click on the shopping cart icon to review your items
  3. Proceed to checkout
  4. Enter your shipping information
  5. Choose your payment method and complete the order

You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.

Order modifications: You can modify your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer service team.

Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer several shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $4.99 (Free on orders over $50)
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $9.99
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day - $19.99
  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days - Rates vary by destination

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

During checkout, you can select your country to see available shipping options and costs.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to:

  • Track your package on our website under "Order History"
  • Use the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
  • Contact our customer service for assistance

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items: Underwear, swimwear, personalized items, and gift cards.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Log into your account and go to "Order History"
  2. Select the order containing the item you want to return
  3. Click "Return Item" and follow the instructions
  4. Print the return label and packing slip
  5. Package the item securely and attach the return label
  6. Drop off at the designated shipping carrier

Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Product & Sizing

We provide detailed size charts for all clothing items. You can find them:

  • On each product page below the size selection
  • On our dedicated Size Guide page

We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size charts. If you're between sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size for comfort.

Many product pages also include customer reviews with fit information that can be helpful.

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, please note that:

  • Colors may appear slightly different on different computer monitors or mobile devices
  • Lighting conditions during photography can affect color representation
  • Some colors might have slight variations between production batches
